Here are a couple of examples of the roles we have:
Administrators - Starting Salary £11,500
This role involves processing our new business and updating our systems. Attention to detail and good keyboard skills are a must for this role. This role provides a good grounding to progress to other roles in the company. If you’ve got good customer service skills and are a good communicator, then we would like to see you progress through to one of our consultant roles.
Customer Care Consultants - Starting Salary £14,000
Our Customer Care Consultants take incoming calls from Financial Advisers, updating them on the progress of their clients’ applications. Great communication and customer care skills are a must for this role. If you’re the kind of person who enjoys talking with people and helping them, and are motivated to meet and achieve targets, then this would suit you.

The first stage of selection for all our customer care roles is completing two multiple-choice Saville and Holdsworth tests. One test measures your ability to make sense of written information, the other measures your ability to check information from written tables. As we appreciate that people are normally working, we hold our testing sessions from 5.00pm. We look forward to hearing from you.
