Bright Grey

We aim to provide the best possible added-value services. We work with RED ARC, an independent care advisory service, to provide the practical backup that can help greatly. This allows us to offer our plan owners, and their families, the following support:

Specialist nurse

At the time of a claim you or a member of your family may have many questions. A personal nurse adviser will contact you to see if you or your family need any help, and will explain the support and information that's available - from counselling to specialist therapy.

You can access this service whether we pay the claim or not. And there's no limit to the length of time it's available

Therapist

In helping you and/or your family come to terms with a serious illness, the personal nurse adviser can arrange a home visit from a therapist. These therapists specialise in one particular field and may be able to help with mobility or emotional problems.

Counsellor

Treatment isn't always the only answer. Sometimes, having someone to talk to can help - someone who is outside the emotion of the situation. Bright Grey offers bereavement counselling to families after a Life Cover claim. We can also arrange counselling for a plan owner in the event of a claim for a terminal or critical illness, or a claim under our Income Cover for Sickness.
