Many of us know of someone who has died too young or have heard
of someone’s battle to survive a serious illness. And anyone
who has seen a family trying to deal with these things will know
that the financial impact can be devastating. All on top of the
family coming to terms with bereavement or serious illness.
According to the Stroke Organisation around 1,000 people under
30 have a stroke each year*. While a
third of people may die from their stroke within the year, one
third are left with disabilities and one third will have very
mild symptoms and will go on to lead a relatively normal life.
It obviously pays to prepare for all eventualities. You work
hard to build your life, to provide for yourself and your family.
So, it makes sense to protect what’s near and dear to you.
For your own security and peace of mind, you should consider protection. That way, if the unexpected does happen, you'll be prepared for it.
